Welcome to the Northcliff HOA community website!

Welcome visitors and residents of Northcliff Homeowners Association.  This website serves as a resource to our current residents as well as potential homeowners.   Feel free to look around and learn more about our community and don't hesitate to contact someone for more information.  

Northcliff is located off of Foothills Rd and Hwy 25.  The community consists of 285 single-family traditional and craftsman-style homes attracting families of all ages.  

Community amenities include a Junior Olympic pool with large family area and outdoor fireplace, play area, basketball courts,  and tennis courts all within walking distance to the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
